CacoReady™ consists of 24 and 96 insert supports, seeded with differentiated and polarized Caco-2 barriers on polycarbonate microporous filters. CacoReadyTM is flexible since plates can be used up to five days after ideal cell barrier differentiation at day 21. CacoReadyTM is a time and cost-saving tool for early stage drug discovery and development.

The patented shipping medium allows storage and transportation at room temperature, without altering cell functional properties.

QUALITY CONTROL

CacoReady™is produced under quality control standards. Each batch comes with a technical datasheet including TEER and Lucifer yellow control values (day 14).
FORMATS
  • CacoReady™ kit provides polarized cultures of Caco-2 cells on integrated 24 and 96- insert-integrated plates. The kit is shipped at day 14 of differentiation and after shipping medium application. Finally plates provide a 21-day Caco-2 barrier.
