Gentaur Blotting Products - IB94500 Complete Western Transfer System

The MaGELin Western Transfer System
provides the user with a complete system
for the rapid transfer of protein or peptide
samples or nucleic acids separated by mini
polyacrylamide gels to 8cm x 10cm or
10cm x 10cm membranes. The unit
accommodates two cassette sandwiches for
simultaneous transfer of two gels. Depending
on the molecular weight and sequence of the
protein/peptide, the transfer should take
place in 60 to 90 minutes.

Unit includes buffer tank, vented lid, two
transfer cassettes, cassette module and
power cords. Buffer chamber is constructed
of heavy 1/4" cast acrylic and has a maximum
buffer volume of 1200 ml. Unit comes with
4-year limited warranty.

Gentaur Blotting Products - IB95000 Western Transfer Module

The Western Transfer Protein System allows
rapid transfer of protein/peptide samples from
Polyacrylamide gels to membranes of either
8 x 10 cm or 10 x 10 cm formatted gels. The
transfer system accomodates two cassettes
for transfer depending upon the format. Mini
PAGE gels or Mini Agarose gels can be
transferred in the module within a high intensity
field while maintaining comparable resolution.
The IB95000 fits directly into the IB94000
buffer tank.

Unit comes with a 4-year limited warranty.

The Gentaur anti-body staining chamber is simple
