92210 CF350 SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the blue fluorescent dye CF350 in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF350 is spectrally similar to the traditional blue fluorescent dye, AMCA. However, compared to AMCA, CF350 is more water-soluble, more photostable and at least 50% more fluorescent on proteins. CF350 is at least as bright as Alexa fluor 350 and thus can be a direct replacement for the latter for all applications.

92212 CF405M SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the blue fluorescent dye CF405M in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF405M is spectrally similar to Pacific Blue dye. CF405M is as bright as Pacific Blue dye but is significantly more photostable than the latter. An additional advantage of CF405M is that it has less spillover in the 525/50 green channel than Pacific Blue dye due to narrower emission peak, making CF405M a superior choice in multi-color detection applications. We also offer CF405S, another 405 nm-excitable dye with an even shorter emission wavelength (See CF?405S Flyer for details).

92211 CF405S SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the blue fluorescent dye CF405S in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF405S has an absorption peak wavelength that nearly coincides with the 405 nm blue diode laser line. In addition, the emission peak wavelength of the dye well centers within the blue detection window of BD flow cytometers. As a result, flow cytometry analysis using CF?405S dye results in much brighter signal than that using Alexa Fluor? 405.

92213 CF488A SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the green fluorescent dye CF488A in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF488A is a superior alternative to the traditional green fluorescent dye FITC (or fluorescein) owing to its exceptional brightness and photostability. CF488A is comparably bright and photostable to Alexa Fluor 488. However, protein conjugates prepared from CF488A are more specific than those prepared from Alexa Fluor 488 because CF488A, being minimally charged, does not significantly change the isoelectric points of the proteins as Alexa Fluor 488 does (Please download CF488A dye flyer for more details).

92208 CF532 SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the orange fluorescent dye CF532 in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF532 has an excitation spectrum optimally matching the 532 nm line of the frequency-doubled Nd-Yag laser. Antibody conjugates of the dye are much brighter than those of AlexaFluor 532.

92215 CF568 SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the red fluorescent dye CF568 in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF568 has an excitation spectrum optimally matching the 568 nm line of the Ar-Kr mixed-gas laser. Antibody conjugates of the dye are much brighter than those of Alexa Fluor? 568. In addition, the photostability of CF??68 is superior to that of Alexa Fluor? 568, making CF??68 a much better choice for demanding applications, such as confocal and single molecular imagings.

92225 CF640R SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the superior far-red amine-reactive fluorescent dye CF640R and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF640R is a novel rhodamine-based dye spectrally very similar to Cy5 and Alexa Fluor 647. CF640R is much brighter than Cy5 and at least as bright as Alexa Fluor 647 when excited at 633 or 635 nm. However, the most important advantage of CF640R is its exceptional photostability. CF640R is far more photostable than the cyanine-based dyes Cy5 and Alexa Fluor 647. It is also more photostable than Atto 647N, a dye that has been extensively used in single molecule-based imaging. CF640R is also extremely water-soluble and pH-insensitive. These properties make CF640R a much better alternative to Cy5, Alexa Fluor 647 and other spectrally similar dyes. Please download CF640R dye flyer for more details.

92219 CF660C SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the far-red fluorescent dye CF660C in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF660C is a cyanine-based dye engineered to be highly water-soluble without being excessively charged. As a result, CF660C-antibody conjugates have high signal-to-noise ratio in immunostaining. CF660C is several fold brighter and significantly more photostable than Alexa Fluor 660. CF660C absorbs at 667 nm but can still be sufficiently excited by the 633 or 635 nm laser with emission at 685 nm in the borderline spectral region between far-red and near-IR fluorescence. Please also see CF660R, an exceptionally photostable 660 nm dye ideal for confocal microscopy application.

92223 CF660R SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

This protein labeling kit comprises the far-red fluorescent dye CF660R in succinimidyl ester (SE) form and other necessary materials for labeling 3x1 mg antibody. CF660R is a bright and exceptionally photostable dye that absorbs at 663 nm and emits fluorescence at 682 nm in the borderline spectral region between far-red and near-IR. CF660R is ideal for confocal microscopy application where it can add a long wavelength color in multi-color imaging.

CF770 SE protein labeling kit, 3 labelings

Near-IR dyes offer important advantages over traditional visible light dyes. Because cellular or tissue components produce minimal autofluorescence in the near-IR region, near-IR dyes have the potential to offer highly specific and sensitive detection in complex biological systems. Also, because light with wavelength in the near-IR region has strong tissue penetration, near-IR dyes are ideal for in vivo fluorescence imaging, an emerging field that has advanced rapidly in recent years. Near-IR dyes are also used for highly sensitive multiplex Western blotting and In-Cell Western™ assays. The CF™750 is so bright, it can be excited at 633 nm (i.e., at the shoulder wavelength of the absorption maximum) but still emits stronger fluorescence at ~770 nm than APC-based tandem dyes.
