| Assay Principle: |
Each vial contains 5X10^6 positively selected NK cells from a normal human donor in 1mL of freeze media containing 90% FBS + 10% DMSO.
NK cells are isolated from random human donor blood by positive selection using immunomagnetic cell separation procedures. Each vial will be assigned a lot number and purity.
Following graph shows ADCC application of frozen NK cells used as effectors Daudi target cells and Rituximab using the aCella-TOXTM bioluminescent assay.
