iPSCreprogramming in any somatic cell

·        Co-expression of Oct4, Sox2, KLF4 and Myc(Yamanaka set) in any somatic cell will lead to iPSC reprogramming.

 

·        The Yamanaka set of transcription factors provides purified,high titer adenoviruses that offer the highest gene transduction efficiency foriPSC induction.

·        The adenoviral vector will not integratedinto host cell genome, avoiding possible mutations associated with vectorinsertion.
