Applied StemCell Inc. (ASC) is excited to announce our new human ESC/iPSCneural stem cell generation kits. These offer fast and user-friendly methods for the generation of neural stem cells (NSC) based on dual SMAD inhibition neural stem cells which can be further differentiated into desired neural cell type.  Applied StemCell’s neural stem Cell (NSC) differentiation Kit (ASK-4003) and stem cell differentiation/stem cell characterization kit (ASK-4002) contain all the reagents necessary to differentiate up to five human iPSC/ESC lines starting with a 35 mm plate. The stem cell differentiation/stem cell characterization Kit (ASK-4002) also includes primary and labeled secondary antibodies for neural stem cell characterization.

The HumanKine™ G4 Dendritic Cell (DC) Generation Kit has been developed for the growth and generation of human dendritic cells (DCs). Using HumanKine G4 Dendritic Cell (DC) medium, human dendritic cells can be produced from peripheral blood mononuclear cells without medium change and used either as immature dendritic cells (DCs) or further cultivated into mature dendritic cells (DCs).
