GoldStar TaqMan Mixture is a convenient premixed 2x concentrated solution applied to probe-based real-time PCR. It includes GoldStar Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, and Mg²⁺. It can be applied to various kinds of probes and the target sequence detection of genomic DNA and cDNA such as gene expression analysis, gene copy number analysis and SNP genotyping etc. The GoldStar Taq DNA Polymerase which should be activitated by incubation for 10 minutes at 95? can effectively avoid the non-specific amplification caused by primer dimer or the non-specific combination of primer and template at room temperature. The combination of unique PCR buffer and hot start DNA polymerase can effectively inhibit the production of non-specific product and significantly improve the PCR amplification efficiency and detect the single copy template. The kit is applied to a wide linear range and can exactly quantitate the target gene. It can be widely applied to all the qPCR instruments without using ROX as calibration dye.

RealSYBR Mixture is a convenient premixed 2x concentrated solution applied to SYBR Green-based real-time PCR. It includes HotStar EsTaq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green ? and Mg²⁺. The SYBR Green?dye binds to double-stranded (ds) DNA without using sequence-specific probes. The chemically modified Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase in optimized buffer components ensures PCR specificity and sensitivity. It is compatible with multiplex qPCR instruments without the need of ROX as calibration dyes.
