Labeled nucleosides

Labeled nucleosides, labeled nucleoside triphosphates and other reagents

Gentaur offers fluorescent and biotin-labeled dUTP, UTP and dCTP. The fluorescent dUTP and dCTP are conjugates of the nucleoside triphosphates labeled with our exceptionally bright and photostable CF dyes. The labeled nucleoside triphosphates can be incorporated into DNA or RNA using conventional enzymatic techniques. Gentaur also offers 5'-aminoallyl dUTP (aadUTP) and 5'-aminoallyl UTP (aaUTP), which can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA or RNA and subsequently labeled with a fluorescent dye or biotin label.

CF405S-dUTP, lyophilized powder

Fluorophore conjugates of dUTP can be used in place of dTTP in standard DNA labeling and synthesis protocols to generate fluorescent dsDNA and oligonucleotide probes. CF405S is brighter and more photostable than Cascade Blue.
Please note: CFTM405S-dUTP has been used successfully for TUNEL staining of cultured cells, but may not be suitable for TUNEL staining of tissue sections.

CF568-dUTP, lyophilized powder

CF568-dUTP can be used to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in-situ hybridization, microarray or blotting techniques. CF568 is brighter and more photostable than Alexa Fluor 568.

CF594-dUTP, lyophilized powder

CF594-dUTP can be used to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in-situ hybridization, microarray or blotting techniques. CF594 is brighter and more photostable than Alexa Fluor 594.

CF640R-dUTP, lyophilized powder

CF640R-dUTP can be used for TUNEL assay, or to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in situ hybridization and nucleic acid blotting applications. The red fluorescent CF640R matches Alexa Fluor 647 spectrally, but is much more photostable.

CF488A-dUTP, lyophilized powder

CF488A-dUTP can be used for TUNEL assay, or to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in situ hybridization and nucleic acid blotting applications. The green fluorescent CF488A matches fluorescein (FITC) spectrally, but is brighter and more photostable.
