Description

Cyclosporin is an immunosuppressive cyclic polypeptide drug commonly used post-transplant to prevent graft rejection from the cytotoxic effects of T-cells.We offer seven forms of cyclosporin: cyclosporin A,EvoPure®, cyclosporin B, EvoPure®, cyclosporin C, EvoPure®, cyclosporin D, EvoPure®, cyclosporin E, EvoPure®, cyclosporin H, EvoPure®, and cyclosporin L, EvoPure®. Cyclosporin is soluble in DMSO and ethyl alcohol. EvoPure® products are purified single antibiotic fractions, most >99% pure.Mechanism: Cyclosporins bind to the intercellular lymphocyte protein called cyclophilin.
