Laevitas 800


Laevitas 800 is a completely new and unique concept, designed for extreme performance with high sensitivity and separation.

Until now, many compounds, such as Chinese herbal mixtures, have been still difficult to be separated.  Laevitas 800 is designed especially for complex compounds, unknown mixtures and those which need a fast and higher-resolution analysis coped with our specific columns.

Besides, Laevitas 800 is designed into a fully integrated system, consisting of gradient pump, a robatic and high-precision autosampler, a column oven and optional detectors, including UV-VIS, ECD, LIF, together with the unique concept of all the critical components being built into the column oven to ensure a higher through-put, stability and sensitivity.

The system gives more than a chemistry needs for some analytical data.  It gives a whole new concept of easiness, convenience, and jet-like efficiency for the modern chemical, biotechnological and life sciences.

Atima 300/400

ATIMA HPLC system is an analytical version of a wide-flow-range, fully-automated, high-performance liquid chromatography system. Each single module ( autosampler, pump, detector ) is controlled by either Simple-Apply (Chrom-u-LAN)or Claritysoftware. The system includes:


ATIMA Gradient Pump Series

UVD-100 UV-VIS detector

This programmable pump is designed for analytical and semi-preparative uses.
The Piston” design enables a precise delivery of solvent and mixing solution under either low or high pressure.
A gradient job is carried out by means of one High Pressure Pump and invented solenoids valves on low-pressure mode.
LCD Display and soft-touch keyboard are designed for users to perform a either manual or automatic operation.
The pump can run with other devices through an integration of Clarity on a PC or other chromatographic stations.
The UV - VIS detector with variable wavelength is designed particularly for analytical and semi-preparative HPLC systems.
A high-precision and durable flow cell is used to measure UV substance of sample either via a single wavelength or a partial spectrum.
A back-light LCD display and a 36-key membrane keyboard are equipped to provide users a lot of comfort and convenience by directly controlling the work from panel.
Data is transferred through a serial line with RS485 interface.

 

AS-100 Auto-sampler

CTO-100 Column Oven

The carousel disc sampler efficiently matches ATIMA HPLC by automatic sampling, intake and injection of samples in continued steps in seconds. The extremely high efficiency out-performs ATIMA in the field of liquid analysis.
Eppendorf micro tubes are capped and used for preventing samples from contamination.
Each tube of sample is placed in order at a cooling holder to keep the sample fresh.
The high accuracy of needle positioning pick and inject samples from the micro tube into the sample injector loop at the determined time into the column.
The loop will be automatically flushed and dried after filled.
Optical sensor is quipped to ensure the right sample and action of sampling during the process. An error message shows up when sample runs out. This fulfills the requirement of FDA regulation.
Data from sampling sequence can be controlled by software on PC via serial interface RS 485. AS-100 can transmit logical signals and initiate any unique action of sampling cycle, including triggering data acquisition.
The thermostat column oven is designed to maintain an even temperature status for HPLC columns.
An aluminum heating module is implemented to maintain a dry and constant temperature inside the compartment during a use of HPLC column.
Heating or cooling is ensured through Peltier module.
A back-light LCD display makes a temperature control much easier through a real-time digital reflector which measures and controls the temperature evenly inside the compartment.
