Control Products

The use of both positive and negative controls is an essential part of the routine. To ensure that tissue preparation and the technical procedure are performed correctly, and results can be interpreted more easily, controls should be run simultaneously with all test slides.

In ISH procedures, positive and negative control probes serve as a check for the entire procedure and offers the opportunity to validate the sample material.

Positive control slides serve as hybridisation and detection/staining control, and is a reference for interpreting positive test samples.

The complete kits have been designed like a building block structure, which enables the availability of all parts and separate components of the complete kits for those researchers who prefer to use their own probes maintaining the ease of use of optimised ready to use supplementary reagents.
